Dinner:
Half a chicken breast with parmesian (200 CAL?)
Salad (150 CAL)
Slices of carrots, potatoes and pumpkin (200 CAL?)
Env. 1125 calories today. Good or bad?

If you practice it, a good diet. If you are exercising, feeding 2000 recommended a day, because it is much lower than 2000 per day. Remember that diet based on more than just calories.
